What this is about

Educators will explore a hands-on sustainability project where students design a future community powered by renewable energy. The workshop includes a brief outdoor connection, a discussion of environmental racism, and an introduction to the Sustainable Development Goals as a lens for justice-focused learning. Most of the session centres on collaboratively building with recycled materials, modelling hopeful, curriculum-aligned climate justice pedagogy.
